At Sweetheart Apparel, we want you to love your look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
